All bookings will be confirmed, by a text message. You will also receive the address of the salon, you have booked in with.
Please note that all payments are non-refundable. However, if a valid reason can be given, then this payment, may be transferred to another treatment.
All transfers and change of appointment times must be done, 3 working days before your current booking.
